Will my record clear when i turn 18?

I heard in some states your permanent record clears when you turn 18. I got a few tickets for marijuana about 7 months ago and i want it off my record when i turn 18 so i can get a job. I live in california, does anyone know if this law applies to california?

  1. Tickets are usually, infractions. If they are misdemanors most states do not forward such records into your adult history. You need to check with your local law enforcenet for ths answer in your respective state. Its great to realize that soon or later your past will follow you through out your life.
