ok I am going to toast the rice in veg oil andwhen it is all toasted or (light brown i am going to add chicken boullion and water (maybe chicken broth) and boil on high and then when it starts to boil i am going to let it simmer for 20 min.I have never tried this before.Sounds simple huh? but if the rice comes out wrong i am going to have to start all over :(I also have a jar of enchilada sauce should i add some?main dish will be chicken mole and i am pretty confident that that will turn out fine.
