Routine : 40 minute to a hour Jog100 sit ups (10 more each day)25 crunches (+5 each day)45 seconds plank increased by 5 seconds each time with 1 minute break 11 times (over time I will do it for longer)Doing the above in morning and before I go to bed Foods:Mostly fruits chicken and water no chocoalte or fizzy drinksNow i no this looks rather simple and small. But I dont have much fat to loose im 17 And i was wondering if doing this 6 days a week will get me a 6 pack ? and how long i.e a month 2 months if you can offer some advice that would be great if you cant just tell me if you think it will work thanks :)
