  3. answer is it will get your body in really really good shape.  and it most likley will give you a six pack but time.. you cant tell withought knowing how much body fat you have in your ab area.. so i hope this helps and you might gain weight because muscle weighs more than fat.

  4. oh yes u are on your way to getting what u want.. the SIX PACK!

you got enough cardio and exercise in there... but u should also be lifting weights for the rest of your body to develop...

and be carefull not to overdo the cardio because it can eat away at muscle tissue....

and remeber abs are made in the kitchen.. its alot to do with your diet..

expect good results in 6 - 8 weeks

  5. My god sounds as tho u are over doing it abit! x.x.x.

  6. it will tone your abdominal and give you a skinny pack. but if you want to carve out a proper six pack that you can loose a pound coin in the ridges then try weighted exercises

  7. It seems that that routine will work.

I would give it 4-5 months just because these things take time

  8. Water is an Essential Element for 6-Pack Abs

Being dehydrated can make fat loss difficult. Hydration is an overlooked factor for 90% of the people trying to lose fat. Keeping your body properly hydrated removes toxins and flushes out sodium and fat. Water also nourishes the organs, rejuvenates your metabolism, and curbs your appetite. Not only does water flush the rubbish from your body, but it also hydrates the muscles and improves muscle definition, giving you better workouts. Properly hydrated and developed muscle burns more calories.

I read about this at http://www.projectweightloss.com.

  9. work it !

  10. I don't know how you do your crunches, but i found this way more effective -

lay out your back with your legs up to make a 90 degree angle, come up and touch your toes ( keep your legs and arms straight )

  11. thats a really good routine- but you'll see the results after a while... you have to be quite patient. Dont give up on it.
