Will my skin heal from putting toothpaste on a zit.?

i put toothpaste on a zit yesterday night, and i woke up to find that it had burned my skin a bit. i was wondering if this was severe or if it would go away in a few days.

no i dont think so i tried it and it stung and its gross and also putting saliva doesnt work i heard it once when i was younger IT DOESN't work, don't touch it will end up going away, the less you touch then less possible scaring

never put tooth paste on zits

it just dries them out and makes them more red

i put that on my zits cuz i have a ton on my forehead and it didnt work...but when u put the toothpaste on ur sposed to dip bread in milk and put it on it to reduce the redness

no it's not severe at all... when i get zits i put toothpaste on them when i go to bed and it burns allitle bit but then it goes away and in the morning the zit should be dried up and allitle red but the zit will disapear like a day after that
