Will my small, slow growing kitten be a small cat?

I've a 4 month old domestic (I think British short haired) ginger and he's only 2lbs 8 ounces (1.2 kg). Bless. He seems teeny compared to my friend's cats. He's growing, but slowly - he eats a lot and is happy, healthy and well. Vet's happy.

Will be stay small, do you think?

My 2 cats are small, full gown and looks like a young cat still growing. So its possible they are done but there is also a possibility that he may still grow.
