Will my sofa be damp inside or will it be ok to sit on?

My leather sofa has been stored in my mum's garage for the past year it looks ok but will it be damp inside? or will it be ok to use again when i move house?

The only way to know for sure is to bring it outside when the weather is clear and sunny for a few days in a row.  Cover it at night but leave it outside to air..remove the cushions if possible and expose it to some drying air.  Don't put it in direct sunlight though as that could fade it or burn spots in it.  Keep smelling it also, as your nose can tell alot about the situation.  If it has a damp, mildew smell it may have gotten damp in the garage and not been able to dry out.  Also turn it over and examine the bottom and smell under there too.  Hope it turns out to be in good usable shape.
