Will my stamina be very good if i run close to 2.5 or more km everyday for 1 month?

  1. Every time you run on a consistent basis, your stamina gets better. I suggest you alternate your runs. For example, do some interval training (running at a compfortable pace and then sprinting all out 100% for one min-depending on your fitness level).  I suggest doing that 2-3 times a week and then you also need to incorporate your weight training. That will help with your stamina also. Be sure to work legs, core, and upper body (do a google search on workouts). Hope this helps.
