Will my three sim card work on the iphone?

i am currently on a three contract but want to get the iphone.

i just want to know if my sim card will still work in the iphone

When you get the iphone 3g, you have to sign up for a contract with ATT. You can get out by paying the termination fee on the contract, but its $150. The iPhone's locked to att too.

No, not unless you unlock the iPhone, which is questionably legal depending upon where you live. You will also have to purchase the iPhone out of contract, which is significantly more expensive (at least $400 more for a new one).

Lastely, you won't be able to upgrade the iPhone's system software easily, which may interfere with your ability to use the Apps Store in the future.

It won't work normally. You have to unlock it like answer 1 said. It's an easy process that is reversable and enables tons of new possibilties for the phone.
