  1. Unemployment compensation will not disqualify you for the stimulus check.  

    Unemployment compensation is taxable.  To the extent that you owe taxes because of unemployment compensation, your stimulus check may increase because of unemployment compensation.

    As long as your total income is below the threshold for your filing status (75K for unmarried, $150K married), unemployment compensation will not decrease your stimulus payment.


  2. Maybe no, maybe yes.

    U/C doesn't count as qualified income.

    U/C is part of your AGI.

    If your AGI with the U/C is less than $75K and you either pay taxes or have $3000 of W-2 income you are fine.
