  1. It all depends on where you are and what offense you committed.  I am presuming that you are somewhere in the UK, where a summary offense is generally a less serious criminal offense with a maximum punishment of six months imprisonment.  However, there are linked, or hybrid summary offenses, which carry greater sanctions.  Even if it is not a truly serious offense, your school could end your academic standing.  Either way, you could be then be deported, and yes, if that is the case, your visa would be canceled.

  2. it all depends on what # accidentally # summary offense you have committed? offenses are rarely committed by accident,

has your visa expired by any chance? or what else? what ever it is, you need to have this corrected very soon, that is? if you still can?face the problem quickly....... before you get into more difficulties and unable to get it corrected.

for, yes you could loose your student visa, and get deported and forbidden to ever enter the country of which you are now a host.

    get some legal advice......
