Will my warranty be valid if I bought the item from a store inebay?

I bought a Mylo from a store in eBay. The Seller told me that they never used the warranty. My question if I just bought the item and the warranty has never been used, Will the warranty still be valid? I create a work order number in Sony, so I can get a new Mylo, because this one does not work. They said that I only need to provide the Invoice.They will not charge nothing because it is under the 30 days warranty(I bought on June 27) My question is, if I provide the invoice from the seller of eBay, Will Sony accept the invoice as receipt? , Will Sony send me a new Mylo?

The seller has a store.

i doubt it, since you bought it on ebay, its not like buying it from the "real" store warranties dont work as welll as they should, i get bats from ebay and when they crack or dent i have to throw them out cause i didn't get a warranty from the seller "real" (store on ebay) you can give it a shot though.
