  1. no they'll just be backwards.

  2. No, not at all.

  3. Since the washer is designed to operate on the highest of the hot water temperatures, there will be no damage. Using the warm water setting to wash would mean no difference at all. The greatest damage will be to your wallet-using way too much energy if you were trying to wash in cold water (which would be Hot water).

Hopefully you wash as much as possible in cold water, most detergents are designed to clean in cold water-check the label. Always rinse in cold water.

  4. no

  5. It will not damage the washer at all but it could shrink your clothing if you forget that the pipes are reversed and you wash in hot water when you meant to wash in cold water.  Just turn off the water and reverse the hoses - it is not that difficult.

  6. It won't be a problem and shouldn't cause anything to be damaged.

  7. Most washers rinse with cold water.  You will not be able to compensate with the controls.
