Will my workout be enough for the Navy's Bootcamp?

Recently I've joined the Navy and I ship out on July 30th! I'm 18, 132 pounds, and I stand 5' 5'' tall. Currently I can do about 30 push-ups but I struggle pumping out the last 5...I can do about 40 sit-ups but I stuggle on the last ten! In 15min. I can do a 1.5(jogging)....and I jog every other day for about 20min.(2 miles for me) But the problem for me is running that 1.5 under 14.45, which is 6 laps around a track. I've tried to keep each lap under 2 min. but for some reason once i hit the 2 second lap it's alway around 2.30. I don't feel like I'm slacking off but I can't seam to keep up the stamina and my breathing throws me off! If I could only focus I think I'll do better but I can't...that's why I never ran track. I felt running gave me to much time to think(I like reaction sports)! So what should I do? Or should I do nothing more then what I'm doing now? Will this routine get me through bootcamp? Or will it just hit the tip of the cone? You tell me....

  1. Increase your jogging to at least 1 hr to increase your stamina. As for speed try wind sprints while jogging. Jog 15 minutes then sprint full out 1-2 minutes. It will be hard at first but building your stamina and your speed up should help.
