Will new model hub caps fit on older model cars?

Question

I have a project civic I'm working on and decided to just go with hub caps. I was wondering if the new model hub caps would work on my older(92 civic hatch) car.

Do you think the ones with 4 lug nut wholes would fit my car? They will need to be 14", so would the newer 14" ones fit?

As long as the bolt pattern is the same, then the first answer is right.  Yes, they'll fit.
