  1. i would say no because nike specializes in clothing and shoes.


  2. I wouldn't put it past them. They've branched out into golf clubs and all sorts of balls. They are, however, an apparel company. Usually their non-apparel gear doesn't quite make the cut.

    If they do get into racquets, I won't be buying one. From experience they'll be equivalent Pro-Kennex or Dunlop quality for around four times the price. I'll just stick to their shoes.

    PS- Not ripping on PK or Dunlop: Great value for what you pay.

  3. No.  They are too much about fashion and style.  To make a good tennis racquet would require research and testing.  They don't want to do that - that's why their shoes and clothes are vastly inferior to other equipment - they just look at fashion not quality.
