Will not let me create a table?

it let me in the lounge but it wont let me make or create a table says turn pop up blockerof and my pop up blocker is off so plz help

yeppy to bad it still let u ask questions on Y/A

maybe someday we to can figure out the secrets of yahoo pool and prevent unknowledgeable fools out.
