Will not let me make a Yahoo 360

it will not let me make a yahoo 360 acount, i get to the page were its shows you your e-mail, nickname and the continue button. When i push the continue button it does not do anthing

Your 360 space may already be activated.

- Go to http://360.yahoo.com

- Click the teeny tiny "Sign-in" link on the upper left of the page (if you're not already signed into a Yahoo service). The page refreshes and you should click on the teeny tiny "Yahoo 360 Home" link on the upper right of the page to get into the 360 space.
