Question:

Will not pick up paper from tray

Have an Xerox xc 1040 and it will not pick up paper from the tray. Have checked the half moon shaped rubber wheels and they seem to be in good shape. It was working until I replaced the drum. Conincidence I guess because I cannot see a correlation between the two.
