You ever seen those New Balance commercials which talk about running being a LOVE/Hate relationship. Well, last time I ran was on Saturday and I didn't run Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Today, but I plan to run tomorrow. My question is if I will have lost the progress I made when I run tomorrow since I took a pretty big break by not running Monday or Today. Will four days of not running have an effect on my running or will my running be just as good as it was before.
