Will not start up after system recovery done with... I was having some issues with my m275 so I

I was having some issues with my m275 so I asked around and people told me to use my system recovery disk that came with my m275. I did the system restore. After restore was done...system reboot. The screen with "F2" and Bios settings came up and after that then went blank! Nothing! I turned off the laptop and started back up then I get the whole windows didn't shut down properly. I try to start up in safe mode but does pretty much that same thing.

I have an acer aspire 1350. After setting up service pack 2 for windows xp, the laptop refused to start up resulting in a continuous restart process.I used the recovery cds but the problem remains.
