Will office 2000 work on windows vista?

Office 2003 does, im not sure about 2000, but i doubt it will work.  most programs compatible with windows 95, 98 & Me will not work on vista, but it might, and since office 2000 is compatible with those other operating systems i doub it will work, but im not sure.

try it see if it works, all that will happen is u wasted 15 minutes and have to uninstall it.

You can also try http://www.openoffice.org/ its free and works very similar to MS office

Yeah it does used it myself. And dont forget if you want an 'office' alternative WP download 'Open Office'. just Google 'open office' its free and as good if not better than Word for Windows.
