  1. floyd will undoubtedly win, he is the best of the best, hes too clever and sharp, nobody comes near him

  2. NOPE sorry oscar was the boxing king of the 90's, floyd is the king now, when i say boxing king i mean his style

    no one can outpoint floyd,

hes just to smart and slick

The only way oscar can beat mayweather is to knock him out,

But thats not goin to happen,

The rematch will be an EXACT replay of the first fight,

Both fighters trying to out work another with the jab.

and walking in circles,, Basicly a chess match,

You would have to be stupid to pay 50 bills for this fight agian

  3. yes he will if he fights how he fought forbes and kept his jab up he will knock his @ss out but oscar has to watch out and train hard

  4. Mayweather has the age factor going for him. However, he has a big mouth. I hope Oscar beats him up real good.

  5. It'll be interesting to see.

The one thing Floyd won't do is 'mix it up'... especially with somebody like Oscar...   so, Oscar is gonna have to be busy and force the judges to judge on who is coming foward... in all likelyhood...

Floyd is so slippery though... and his pot-shot style is very frustrating.

  6. Oscar did look good vs forbes but its easy to look good vs bad fighters, If oscar stands right in front of mayweather like he did to forbes then mayweather will have a picnic.

Styles make fights and these guys are both boxers

so what p4p said is correct its goin to be a chess match

  7. You guys are delusional if you think De La hoya will beat Floyd Jr.  Floyd is and and walways will be, better than Oscar.  Maybe not the entertainer or media darling that the Golden Boys is, but he is certainly the more talented boxer.  He will come to the ring in phenomenal shape as he always does because the ring is the one place where he shines above all others.  Oscar needs the limelight to but Floyd is so dedicated and so gifted that he wont be beat.  Mayweather this time by late stoppage.

  8. I think he has a good chance, basically Floyd will fight the same fight because that is his style - Oscar though, can fight a better fight if he is busier.  Remember it was a split decision, so it wasn't like whatever Floyd did really impressed the judges (who are the ones that count when you're talking about an undefeated streak).

I think that if Oscar even threw, not even landed, as many punches against Floyd as he did against Forbes, he would have won the first one.  Plus, I think that Floyd Sr. gives Oscar more confidence, so he'll be less inclined to hesitate.

I think the stage may be getting set for Oscar to beat Floyd - the sports media has sort of created a false image of Mayweather as some sort of indominable force that can't be beat...the fact is he is a great fighter with excellent skills, but he has had some close fights and fighters have had success against him, he's not like Roy Jones of the mid to late 90's where it was big news if he lost more than 1 round, or Mike Tyson of the 80's who demolished everyone....the fact is, against top fighters he has had split decisions and closely scored fights, if Oscar can make some adjustments is foolish to think that he can't win this fight.

  9. I hope so can't stand Mayweather

  10. NOPE sorry oscar was the boxing king of the 90's, floyd is the king now, when i say boxing king i mean his style

    no one can outpoint floyd,

hes just to smart and slick

  11. YES!!!

Boxing fans expect an upset. De La Hoya Wins in a Split decision over Mayweather.

Floyd Mayweather Sr. did not train De La Hoya for the first fight. De La Hoya thought it would be a bad idea and didn't want to pay Floyd Sr. the million dollars he was asking for. De La Hoya was wrong. This time it is going to be different. Floyd Sr. trained his son for many years after a major fight they split. I feel Floyd Sr. will be the difference of this fight. He wants to embarrass his son.

  12. Ya the next time they meet oscar will defintly win but they will probl go all 12 rounds. If you watch the fight this past weekend when  Oscar defeated Steve forbes he used a more stand up boxing style with a more relaxed aproach using his height to his advantage. When oscar and floyd met last time he did a more leaning forward rather than waiting back and standing up. If he uses the same style of fighting he did against forbes he will defintly Defeat floyd.

  13. I think Oscar will win. Well, i hope he does. I don't like Mayweather. He's too arrogant and that's the thing i dislike about him. I respect him as a fighter and i respect him as an boxer, but i have no respect for him as a man. Oscar is a veteran and he's hungry for this win. Ricky Hatton was all over Mayweather when they fought, it was only Joe Cortez that spoilt that fight. He stopped Ricky every time he got close to Mayweather. I think if there was a rematch, Hatton would win. But in answer to the question, yes Golden boy can end Floyd's unbeaten record..... Good question.

  14. yes he can  golden boy oscar dela hoya will stop mayweathers streak
