Will paypal refund my money? ebay fraud!?

I bought an item for about 120 dollars on ebay. I paid trough paypal. now the seller wont talk to me, and i never received my item i have tried to reach them so many times but i've had no luck. if i claim my money trough paypal what are the chances i will receive my money back?

What if the seller is from out of the country ?

I recieved a counterfiet item and ebay or paypal had no interest in refunding me. i was left seriously ticked off however if you never ecieved the item you are buy protected you just need to file against the seller for an unrecieved item on your dispute console it can take up to 28days but paypal should refund your money even if they cant contact the seller

Why aren't you asking Paypal?  Going to them first will require less time.
