Question:

Will people actually sheesh about the worries over Man City?

Honestly, what is all the worry?

1) I doubt all the players City claims to buy will go there.

2) if any of them do and the "all-star" team is made, I am 100% confident it will win less than a stably built formation from one of the current Top Four, yes INCLUDING Liverpool, or from the top teams of Italy and Spain.

Too many fans on here scared about Man City and their best players going.

Man: If Berbatov, Rio and Ronaldo leave...

Chelsea: If Drogba, Lamps and Terry leave...

Liverpool: If Torres and Gerrard leave...

Arsenal: If Ade or Fabregas leave...

and if Messi, Kakà, Buffon, Cannavaro, Villa, Ramos, etc leave...

....then good riddance to them and their money motivated "love for the game". Some will leave, not all. But if they do, even from my own AC Milan (Kakà being my favourite player) as I said good riddance, as a team is not built by individuals but its teammanship and collective group.

Agreed or not?

  1. I'll just give you a star. Couldn't have said this any better.

  2. Real Madrid had Beckham, Raul, Ronaldo, Robinho, Van Nistelrooy, star, more stars and more stars

and yet it needed Ronaldo and Beckham to exit before they could lay claim on the La Liga once again. There can only be 1 thing at the top for all clubs - Stars or Glory. Stars and Glory together means one would outshine the other

  3. I still have some faith in footballers today although it is rapidly deplating. To be honest, even though a lot of why Robhinio moved was for the money, I think the greater reason why he moved was that if he'd stayed at Real Madrid the fans would hate him for the uproar he's caused all window, so really he wanted to just get out of Madrid at all costs, obviously it's cost him dear. I don't think Gerrard's, Kaka's, Fabregas's, Lampard's who have been offered big money at much bigger clubs than City will betray their respective team's that made them great. I can envision seeing David Villa at City because to be honest he's alwaus wanted to play in England.

p.s THE OPTION, you rarely answer the question you just suck up to the asker so you can get best answer and it's really lame

  4. You got it.

  5. How long do you think it will take before City are an even bigger laughing stock than they already are?

Personally I feel sorry for Sparky as an unrealistically ambitious owner will want him out at the first sign of not being able to deliver. Trophyless for last 33 years and will more than likely continue.

  6. Mate I 100% agree. I love Terry, one of our greatest players to come out of  our youth system but if one day he decided to pack up and leave to man$heiky then feck him! Good fecking riddance.

Though..I doubt anyone would risk ruining their careers by going to City(Anyone world famous anyway). With Chelsea it was a bit different. We didn't have such a horrible reputation of losing and relegation like City do when Roman came along, though many people will "try" to deny it, we were always a top 5 team, regularly played Champions league football and won things! City have gone 30 years without winning anything.

The only thing City have won in the last 30 years are sympathy ribbons you receive when your team gets relegated.

These arabs will soon see how hard it is to recruit players that are even be money motivated. Players do love a good paycheck but i doubt most would want to ruin their image by playing for them which has already been shown when RvN and Villa already rejected to play for them.

  7. wow mate, u and i have the same thoughts.

i never worried about my best players (berba, ronaldo, rio) going away, i know that even if they go away, i am confident that we will get some new ones. i trust the team and players are just like employees, some come some go. i am worried at all.

most improtant thing is to play as a team and if they have the best players in the world for every postion, i bet they will lose even more

because think about it, when ronaldo, berba, kaka, messi, faberagas, lampard play from the same side, they are gonna have competetion among themselves as to who will be the best player, then all of the selffish game comes out and guess wht? they are gonna lose even more.

  8. Brazillian cannot settle in EPL.

  9. even if they do manage to get all these players they are talking about(which is a very ambitious target cause players like fabregas and messi wouldnt leave their clubs to go  to man.city) its still not enough

the team as a whole needs a large improvement.a few world class players arent capable of winning the premiership title if the manager is not knowledgeable enough and if he doesnt know how to train his squad and  uses the right tactics

its not only up to the players, the responsibility also lies upon the manager who has to have experience too not just the players( like wenger and SAF) who both know how to run the team and utilize their players

furthermore, there is the issue of consistency and cooperation among the players.if the players arent getting along with each other then how are they going to assist in goals?instead of passing to another player who could clearly score, that player decided to attempt it himself and because of his selfishness they lost a goal.so it also comes down to the attitude of the players

even if man.city has all of the above,it will take them a couple of seasons before they start mixing with the top 4

at the present time, they are lacking several of the assets that will help them challenge the top 4.they do have the money yet their squad is still weak and will continue to be unless they get a brilliant manager and do all of the above things mentioned.plus they musnt be too ambitious cause that will potentially turn against them

personally,i woulndt mind it either if fabregas or ade left, but i would never forgive them about that lol
