Will pictus catfish eat my white cloud mountain minnows?

i am looking at buying 2 or 3 pictus catfish. i know that they are poor around neon tetras, but what about blood fin tetras? or white cloud mountain minnows? i have blood fin and wcmm in my community tank, i figure it will be ok if i introduce the pictus as juveniles, but im not sure

Whenever the Minnows dip into the lowever levels of the water column, they'll be prime targets.  At night, the Pictus are the biggest threats.  Bloodfins should be fine, as they are rather large, but I wouldn't expect Minnows to stick around too long...
