Will provera effect pregnancy?

I got my periods on 29 july, my cycle is 25 days, i was on clomid from 2 aug to 6 aug, still no periods, when should i start taking provera and will just 10 days of provera effect incase i am pregnant.

Are you referring to the depo-provera shot?  If so, then this does effect pregnancy.  I have been on and off the shot for several years.  The doc will make sure there is no chance of pregnancy, probably by blood test in your case, before giving you the shot.

Don't take provera if pregnant.  You need to wait to make sure that you are not pregnant before taking provera.  Have you tested yet?

If definitely not pregnant, you can take provera whenever the doctor told you to take it (depends on dosage and how many days did he recommend).
