Will putting 6 shelves of children's book in a bookcase in the basement hurt them or will it cause mold or mil

mildew. I need to move a bunch of stuff from a storage shed to a basement when I move and no room upstairs

would I need a dehumidifier and would that help and how big for a 22 by 16 foot area,

I think this would be one thing to ask , is there a water leak ? Or are you just concerned ? If there is no water or mold now , I think Just Keeping a fan on hi to circulate all the air would be fine.
