  1. it's a good idea...but if people are hungry - they will buy your food if it looks good, whether or not you show the certificate.

  2. it certainly wont hurt, clingfilm things to stop flys etc

  3. As Michael D says, it's probably a good idea, just in case of an impromptu visit, or even worse: any competition that might wish to make things difficult for you.

At least you would have the proof that your food is produced under clean and hygienic conditions.

As far as advice goes, it's as well to ensure that whatever you sell won't go off quickly, especially in the current warm spell we've been having.

Quite possibly, and later in the year when it gets cooler, you might try your hand at Wedding and Birthday cakes, maybe take a course in cake decoration, and the world may well be 'your oyster'.

If you can take, or get a fairly good photographer to take, some good photographs, you could perhaps, put just a couple of samples on show, (rich fruit cakes soused in alcohol don't readily go off).

    Good luck!!

  4. may aswell if you have one it certainly wont hurt

  5. It should be on display. Just in case you get a visit from the environmental heath department.
