  1. I think that racism is part of human society, and that, without it, there would be little desire to change the status quo.  If it were nonexistent from the get-go, we'd still be living in caves.

  2. no and every race is racist... i doubt it will ever stop

  3. at this moment, i have no idea.. but i hope.. i really hope it would disappear..the thing is it takes time.. a really long time

  4. Not while you still have the fools in schools classing each other as Jocks and Geeks and so on.

When people no longer see a child-like 'need' to group people into tribes / families etc, then you'll likely lose the rest of this childish need for ''classification'' and name calling.

In a way, it's a sort of hangover from the British / European 'Class System'.

    Sash.

  5. Racism is here because of pride and arrogance and why would that disappear? It is in the human heart.

In the movie A Beautiful Mind, Hollywood refused to cast a Hispanic to play Robert Ford's wife because they said it wouldn't be marketable.

In real life his wife IS Hispanic.

People aren't interested in getting along, they're interested in themselves.

And we know how humans are.............good and evil and evil shows itself on a regular basis.

  6. No it will never disappear, It doesn't only exist in the U.S. it exists everywhere in the world. Not everyone is racist, but some people are and that will never change, no matter where you are.

  7. Not until the system is rebuilt.  There are benefits to racism...for whitey.  Anyway, we can sugar coat change, but the problems we are dealing with now have been institutionalized since the United States abolished slavery.  However, racism in America is no longer just a black/white situation.
