No , USA is epicenter of the world crisis and the Georgian  war shows that USA is alone , EU is backing Russia.

We love all this mess in the World.This world crisis is going on as previously planned.

Nothing anyone does is going to solve all our problems - unless GOD comes to town.

Look the McCains are going to tell you BS like the the tax rates on all $250K Americians are going to destroy them.

It's just a nominal rise in tax , they'll still be filthly rich, don't forget Obama wants everyone to have health care not just the rich.

Don't believe the World is going to blow up, The McCains will use fear tactics to try to win their campaign (after all - what else do they have - their past 8 years experience - now that's a joke)

Both things are good to do.

Diplomacy is usually whats done before you go to war, wars being expensive both to the treasury and the populace.

Raising tax rates won't solve the problems of things like literacy or drunk driving, but it will allow us to pay for the war that's been going on. One which has been funded extrabudgetarily.

Until that debt is reduced let alone retired, all our hands are bound.

We own one h**l of a lot of money, we have to pay it off, and with sixty percent of the population making less that sixty thousand, and rising prices on necessities like food and fuel and heat, why not make take it from those who will miss it least?

Let them buy a Ford.

If they can find one still made in this country.

And if thats socialism, then socialism is looking better and better.  I'm tired of paying my taxes so the rich can summer in Nice, and winter in Cannes, while the disabled can't afford dental care and live in pain.

Nope, but coupled with the TAX CUTS that the vast majority of Americans will realize and getting our troops out of Bush's astronomically expensive debacle, it'll be a good start.
