  1. Wow, I live in Nova Scotia, Canada and we have to pay a $10.00 deposit on the large water bottles that go on the water coolers and when you return it you get a full refund....for the little water bottles we pay 10 cents deposit and we get back 5 cents wen we return it.

  2. Bicycles do accept them. and you can reuse them for years. No need to recycle each time you empty them.

  3. Hello well I'm in Ohio and they do here Wish you were closer lol I can use 1 I use them for my change, a piggy bank They come in handy You can ALSO cut the bottom and use for plant's or whatever Good ~ luck:)

  4. It's true. I work at a grocery store. Oregon only charges a deposit for carbonated beverages this includes soda, beer, and carbonated water. The machines are refunding that dep. so they won't take water bottles even just to recycle. I throw mine in my curbside recycle bin.

  5. every State is different , if you mean to put them in the recycling machine to get money well only if you paid a deposit on the bottle will you get any money back no deposit no money( most States only on carbonated beverages do you get money)
