  1. You need to experiment. Some adhesives will dissolve foam. Others require careful timing. Ordinary 'contact' cements may work. Please follow the instructions. Marine supply houses stock such cements.

  2. I know from personal experience that 2-part polyester glues will dissolve foam. I bet epoxy will too. Gorilla Glue is, if I remember correctly, a polyurethane glue. I should think it would probably work, but your best bet is to get some small samples of the materials you wish to unite, glue 'em up, and see what happens. As the previous poster noted, marine supply stores are a good source for the sort of adhesive you're looking for.

  3. can you give a bit More info on the foam and plastics as this has quite a bearing on what glues you need i.e. polyester based resins will not bond to well with epoxy based resins look into: sp resins, west systems or sikaflex you should find one you can use made by one of these company's

    good luck
