Will relays make my driving lights brighter?

Question

I have 3 6" driving lights & 2 4" driving lights. I have the 6" ones on a switch & the 4" ones on a 2nd switch. I only use the 6" lights for offroad. I use the 4" lights with my low beam while driving. They get pretty hot, would putting relays on them make them brighter & safer? Should I put just one relay per switch?

No relay does nothing for the brightness.

Relay is just an electric switch (usually a low current / volt to control high current / volt).
