If Ricky Hatton could make 135 he would kill Manny Pacquiao I don,t think he wants to train that hard to get down to 135lbs it would be a good fight Ricky would not be afraid of Manny like he was against Mayweather

If hatton was to fight at lightweight he would have trouble makng the weight and the night before the fight(after the weigh in) would end up gaining pounds and ruin his body and then  the fight would be more even matched but then i can see the pacman stealing a decision. Also pacquiao would not just stand there and take hattons body shots.

I don't think Hatton can get to 135. He is a 140 pound fighter only.

There's no way Ricky Hatton could make the lightweight limit (135lb).  He can barely make the super lightweight limit (140).  So if he somehow managed to bleed himself dry and make 135, Pacquaio would destroy him.  Hatton would be far to weight-drained and would have NO energy.  Pac-Man is a high energy guy and would wear Hatton down towards the middle rounds and send Hatton to sleep.

Now if Pacquiao came up to 140, I think Hatton would have to be a slight favorite due to the sheer size difference.  But it would be a pick 'em fight.  Even at 140, Pacquaio is probably too fast for Hatton.

I believe Pacman would handle Hatton at lightweight. His speed and Hatton's loss of strength to get down to make weight. Fight goes to Manny by decision.
