Since he is reinstated in the NFL, you may want to look it up there, He no longer plays in the CFL.

Not in CFL fantasy football, that's for sure.

Besides, I doubt he'll be handing the starting job right away by the Dolphins.  I can picture him spending his suspension in his buddy's basement, smokin' green and eating lotsa chips.  At this point in the season, he won't be a major fantasy contributor, so you're probably not gonna want him on your team.  Unless you're really desperate.  Or a pothead...

Why?  He is a has-been.  Supposedly he was going to tear up the CFL when in Toronto, and he turned out to be a good second stringer, he wouldn't have made the team in Winnipeg or BC.

I'm sure once he's actually activated he will be available.  Right now he's only practicing with the Dolphins.  It will be at least 2 weeks before he's ready.
