  1. why you eat too much?

  2. You need to have a BM

  3. i cant imagine it would... You would be forcing food bacxk and forth in your stomach and i believe that might just irritate you more.

Try biting into a lemon.. it helps settle any bloated discomfort.

  4. actually some light salty foods help with stomahc pains but for a full stomach probably just sitting would be better just sit and watch tv and take sips of water

  5. Oh Joyous...I needed this!

I can se ya rolling and rolling..silly, Thx for the laugh!

    Still LMAO!

  6. Sorry to have to tell you this, but in 20 years of working in the medical field (10 of them as a physician), I have never heard of such a technique.

Even if this maneuver relieves the pain, my experience and training tell me that potentially it can cause significant long term damage to your digestive system (gall bladder, pancreas, stomach, esophagus).

The best thing to do, of course, would be not to overeat. Physiology tells us that our brain lags about 20 minutes behind our stomach. In practical aspect it means that a person should still remain slightly hungry at the end of each meal, and in about 20 minutes he or she will feel full once your brain catches up. Even you simply feel full at the end of the meal - it means you overate.

I would advise not to "roll". Just a 30 minutes walk should help.

    Hope it helps.

  7. The only thing I know to help the discomfort of eating pains is to walk it off. You don't have to go fast, just take a walk. It will help aid in the digestion process because it speeds your metabolism up, also helps reduce blood sugar levels.

  8. No, that will make it worse. lol
