Will rubbing vitamin E on my face help get rid of my acne scars??

It didn't really help that much for me . But I did buy a product called Bio Oil from the drugstore (I have also seen it at Walmart for around $12) I worked really well and it didn't clog my pores.

no it won't,why don't you try bio oil,it's especially for scaring and stretch marks. As long as you don't already have greasy skin,although I don't think it's too greasy itself

i have heard that vitamin e can help reduce scarring, it will take time, and I am not promising. Good Luck

What will work best is time.  They will fade in time.

Vitamin E is really good for the skin and fading scars and such...

when you ingest it orally in foods and such.

Meanwhile just get yourself a nice vanishing lotion and a home microdermabrasion kit for when you really need some extra help.

Studies show that yes, it CAN... But only if you apply it right before bed and rub it in well.

Your body heals itself over night and the massage increases blood flow to your face... So it helps increase the healing!!

Don't take too much INTERNALLY though... Too much can be bad for you!

Well, vitamin E itself will not remove acne scars.  Although, vitamin E is very good for your skin, along with vitamin A and C.  Your skin will benefit from Vitamin A greatly, but not by applying it to your face.  Along with your multi-vitamins, take one vitamin A capsule a day.  Same with the Vitamin E and C.  For the acne scars, spare a visit to see your Dermatologist so he/she can recommend a product best for your skin... Yes it will thats whats used for stretch mark scars aswell vitamin e is good for fading any type of scar
