Will rum taste better if I put it in the freezer like I do my vodka?

usually when I have rum it's for a rum-and-coke.

what are your thoughts? should I keep my rum (Flor de Cana if it matters) in the liquor cabinet, or put it in the freezer like I do with my vodka, maybe it will taste better that way?

You should keep it in the cabinet, and if you like your room and coke chilled keep the coke in the fridge! Rum is a liquor from the Caribbean where the weather is always hot as opposed to Russia where vodka comes from.

Yes!  Run tastes great as it is but to put it in the freezer will make it so very smooth!
