i'm going to start running all the time for exercise (i'm training for a marathon) but i worry about my diet. i tend to eat a lot of food; sometimes it's healthy but sometimes not. (for example, i ate yogurt for breakfast, a subway sandwich and chips for lunch and then applesauce, a butterfinger, a donut, and mac and cheese for dinenr) but i've heard that if you eat crappy but exercise, you won't really lose weight but you may tighten up. is there any truth to any of this? i would like to slim down a bit and then tighten up. what's the best way to slim down while running?
