Right now I can dunk easily, but I cant be like running down the court and just dunk, I have to slow down alot and then jump off of 2 feet, so I was wondering if running just like sprints and jogging would help me so that I wont have to slow down then jump off of 2 feet 2 dunk, instead just go straight through and dunk while still running. btw i am a slow runner
