Question:

Will running help my running vertical?

Right now I can dunk easily, but I cant be like running down the court and just dunk, I have to slow down alot and then jump off of 2 feet, so I was wondering if running just like sprints and jogging would help me so that I wont have to slow down then jump off of 2 feet 2 dunk, instead just go straight through and dunk while still running. btw i am a slow runner

  1. You should do olympic lifts. Like hang clean, push press, and hang snatch. In those lifts you have to use your legs to gain power. If you do them right it will help you gain more power from the ground when you run, causing you to jump higher
