Question:

Will running/jogging make my legs toned?

I have been running for four months now, averaging about 12-15 miles a week. I really want toned legs, but for some reason I don't think my legs look much different since before I started running this April.

I am 18, 5 ft 4 in. I weight about 125 lbs.

  1. running strenghtens stamina and mostly helps with the stomach fat.. but if oyu want toned legs at la fitness they have a couple of weight machines that tone leg muscles


  2. From my experience running will help but squats/lunges are the exercises  that will tone your legs to more your liking
