  1. Not really.

    You need to do several things to get faster.

    Running on an incline will strengthen your body, but you should also run downhill and on the flat.

    Along with lifting weights, and doing plyometrics.

    Running on an incline shortens your stride which is counter productive to speed.

    like quick 1/4, 1/2 or whole miles as fast as you can
