Will running on the treadmill once a day for 1 mile each day be good? SEE BELOW!!?

im fine with my weight- im 17 and i weigh 104 lbs, but my senior prom is coming up and i want to get my legs more toned to look good in my dress. will this do it?

  1. this may help a little, but like they said up it to about 2 miles.

    also, try a bit of weight training if you can, like doing squats.


  2. It will definetly help, but remember to stretch! Stretching before and after excercise causes longer and more femenine muscles.

  3. I think maybe 1 1/2  ot 2 miles could do it. Also Stretch and do some weights. My advice, don't worry about your figure. You're great the way you are.

  4. That'll help, but you'll want to increase the amount you run over time. Maybe you could do two miles at a slower pace than you would've for one mile. You'd get quicker results most likely.
