Will running reduce my bicep size and strength?

  2. no.........just keep lifting and eating.

  4. If you eat sufficiently before/after running, then no.

  5. If you don't want to lose the muscle mass or size start lifting weights.

    If you have good form and don't let any little form breaks come then it will actually make you stronger because how hard you pump your arms and how long you do this for. But lifting weights is your best option to keep the size, but running will improve your strength a lot! good luck, hope this helps! :)
