  1. well the whole exercise is cardiovascular and that's good for losing weight

and it will defintely slim your legs as well as your body!

    have fun!

  2. it'll probably slim them, as well as increase your endurance. Using weights for your legs will bulk them up

  3. most likely it will tone them

  4. Both. You will probably lose the fat that you got on your legs and they will get more muscular. In the end, the will be slimmer than you started out though. They will have less fat and they will be thinner.

  5. that all depends.

are your legs fat or muscle?

i'm a senior this year, and I run all three seasons. my legs are all muscle. when i run, they just get bigger xD

but if your legs are mostly fat, then running will burn that off before anything starts to build on. it just depends.

  6. It should slim them. I run relay 100  and 75 meter run. Plus i do long jump. Let me tell you i like cake a lot and it like three pieces a day yet am quite skinny and i have very slim legs.

  7. Frankly, Raz, if you run 5-6 days a week, for 2-3 miles a day, you'll probably have maximally gorgeous, toned, slender-looking legs that men will die for.....
