Salvia divinorum, and you don't need to extract anything.  If you smoke it, you get immediate onset of effects and an intense experience that lasts about 10-15 minutes.  If you eat it, it takes a few minutes to start, and you get a more muted and long lasting experience.

You're unlikely to find it at an ordinary nursery, and will probably have to order it online.

GET A SITTER.  You do NOT want to try it without one, especially the first time.  Also, there's no guarantee it will be pleasant.  Many people have strongly negative experiences, so think long and hard before you try it.  Make sure to put yourself in a calm, relaxed environment, as stress can trigger a bad trip.

GOOD! THEN DON'T!!! You're only 13, why do you need 'visions'? and by visions, i assume you mean the hallucinations cause by the nerve-death in your brain...
