Will saudis give special oil facility to pakistan again?

oil prices up in pakistan to rs 90 from rs 78 per litre.its the biggest ever increase in country history.althought pakistani government calims to be paying rs 30 on each litre by itself to shield its people from high prices.saudi arab again announced reabated($ 6 billion woth oil ) and free oil($1 billion worth) to help pakistan under muslim ummah aid program.saudi have earlier given pakistan $10 billion of free oil to help pakistan after pakistan tested nuclear devices in 1999.will pakistan get another "bonus free oil bounty" ?pakistani Pm has said "we r hopefull arabs would help us again".althought there r still secret deals to why saudis care about pakistan so much that can be defense traeaty or such agreements.

Saudis gave around $5 billion oil facility to Pakistan. I think it was around 2-3 weeks ago.
