  1. actually at my school they were thinking of putting seat belts in our school bus but they thought why waste the money because the kids probably wont use it anyway... but i so think that they should put them in the bus because of safety reasons and force kids to wear them

  2. not nationwide, but in the school districts that can afford it yes..

(everytime i go to the grocery store i have to drive over the spot where all those baseball kids died..kinda weird if i think about it)

  3. Don't think so... but even if they did it's going to be really hard to enforce it.

  4. no

  5. I wish, it would be safer for the buses that travel other than in city limits. I thought of this a long time ago and me and my mom were gonna write to the city and ask why

  6. The fact is that school buses today are built safer than those 20 years age and in the future they will even be more safer and also seat-beats in buses have shown that they would cause more injuries to the occupant's.

  7. I sure hope so.  The problem is the cost; it would be quite expensive to convert all the buses.

  8. In Florida, school busses are required to have seat belts Manufactured after  2004.

  9. Its a political fiasco. I don't think so in the near future.

  10. in the Philippines, school buses and passenger buses use seatbelts for the first and secon row seats, the bus driver and the co-driver also........................seatbelts saved mine(four times)and still saving millions of lives `til now so i don`t think that it would be a bad idea as a mandatory/obligatory...............
