if the unified theory if discovered then there will be an answer to every possible phenomenon observable including human behaviour.i mean is everything predetermined? if so then will we be responsible for our actions?

  1. According to physics, you can't change the past  even if you build  a  time machine(assumption)

You can travel back  to shoot a person who didn't die,but something will

    happen and  he  won't die.

Human behaviour  may  be related to quantum physics

Science  will  not come to an  end

Physics  is  about  making  deductions  and  laws  from  what we  observe

Physics  can't  answer  the question  Why a thing happens.

It  can  answer  How it happens.

The  phenomenons  in the  universe  will  not cease

We  will  continue  to  observe  new  phenomena

and  so  we  will bring in Science  to  reason  and explain it.

  2. ther will be no end for science

  3. That's not what the unified theory is.  Right now, there are different rules for the physics of atoms and subatomic particles (quantum physics), the macroscopic world, and large scale objects like galaxies and black holes.  A unified theory would be one theory that could explain all of these things and gravity together.  It has nothing to do with human behavior.

It sounds like what you're really asking is, "Is human behavior simply a series of reactions to stimuli or are we really thinking and aware."  That's a question that I'm not prepared to answer.

  4. Science does not end. We are still looking for better ways of living.

  5. A century ago or a little more it looked as if the Universe was deterministic, at least in physics.  Then quantum theory came along to explain some aspects of the radiation of hot bodies that did not fit the physics then known.

It is quite clear from study of matter at small scales that the Universe is not fully deterministic and nothing is entirely predetermined. That does not mean anything is possible, since some things are so improbable that they may as well be impossible.

A so-called theory of everything might unify relativity, quantum theory and gravity etc. but it will have no meaning to immunologists. There is probably a century or two of work right there.

Philosophy - In a fully deterministic Universe you cannot be responsible for your actions because there would be no free will.  In a fully non-deterministic Universe you are responsible for everything you do because you have got a fully free free will.

In reality the human environment alters this. A person raised in an atmosphere of violence or crime is likely to be violent or criminal.  Sociological studies have shown this repeatedly. Yet not all are violent or criminal, so their lives are not entirely predetermined.
