Will scolarships I earn her in the states be accepted at the Universtity of Cambridge?

I really would like to go to Cambridge. Will the scholarships I've earned help me pay for it?

It depends on who is giving you the scholarship.  There are many private donors and trusts that give scholarships which are paid to the person regardless of which college is attended.  There are other scholarships that are given by the university.  Those will not be paid unless you attend the university that has offered you the scholarship.
